QA/QC Introduction

Our factory possess 7 qualified and experienced inspectors to create a effective team. The quality controlling process as follow: Firstly, all the raw material need to be inspected by inspector including the package, chemicals substance,ect before move to your store. So that we control them in the head resource. Secondly, semi-product controlling, it means when paste producing, we would test the paste quality to identify whether it is eligible, and in the producing area, we would keep the indoor air cleaning and prevent any bacterium and germs to come in by the filtering air machine input air from outside, and ouput from other inside windows , so it always perform this way to prevent the bacterium and germs to come in, and the inspector will check the tube whether is eligible while products coming out.  Thirdly, for the finished or ready made products, we would take the samples to be test the surface standard,such as package, flavor,color condition; the physical standard such as paste thickness, squeezing tension, foaming, PH, stability, and hard granul condition. Microbe standard such as bacterium quantity ,weight metal condition and others.Fourthly,as for each batch or group toothpaste finished product, we need to preserve the samples for three years, during the three years, we need to test the quality month by month to chase whether the products change the quality; so that we know the selling toothpaste condition in the super markets all over the world.
